A36 Hot Rolled Carbon Steel Coils The hot-rolled steel coil is made of continuous casting slab or pre-rolled slab as raw material, heated by a walking heating furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then entered into the rough rolling mill. Computer-controlled rolling, after final rolling, laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and coiling by a coiler become straight rolls.

Hot rolled coils use slabs (mainly continuous casting slabs) as raw materials, and after heating, they are processed by rough rolling units
Due to the high strength, good toughness, easy processing, and good weldability of hot rolled steel products, they are widely used in manufacturing industries such as ships, automobiles, bridges, construction, machinery, and pressure vessels.

Q235/ A3/ SS400 Carbon Steel Coils Q235 steel is an ordinary carbon structural steel with a yield value of about 235 MPa, and the yield value will gradually decrease with the increase of steel thickness. Because the carbon content of Q235 steel will be moderate and its comprehensive performance will be better, it is widely used in the construction of plants, bridges, ships, vehicles and so on. The quality grade of Q235 are A, B, C and D. Material Q235 , also known as A3 plate, which is equivalent to Japanese standard SS400 steel.
